I would like to restrict users from using abusive language - How can I do that?

Enabling Curse Filtering for your IdeaScale portal allows you to match text entered by the user against a standard list of curse-words.

How do I set this up?

How do I configure IdeaScale to automatically flag an idea based on keywords?

First enable curse filtering (see above). Next enter in the keywords you want to filter on, one per line. Then hit "Save".

What will the users see when they submit an idea that contains auto-moderated keywords?

Users will be notified that their idea is placed in the moderation queue. See screenshot below:
