Customer Suggestion Box
Throughout the week a suggestion box will be in Contact Warrington on Horsemarket Street for residents to make suggestions about services offered for the council?s new customer care charter was launched on Monday with the help of council leader Clr Ian Marks and executive member for services to customers Clr Sharon Wilson. It was launched as part of National Customer Service Week which runs all this week and the charter sets out the standards of service that residents can expect when contacting the council.
