Editing / Customizing IdeaScale Web Portal - How To?

How can I edit / customize my IdeaScale Web portal?

Go to:

  • Login »  IdeaScale »  My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) »  Settings »  Look & Feel
Click on the Edit link for the section you want to Edit. You can Edit:
  • Header
  • Footer
  • Home Page
  • You can click on the: Customize Layout/Content link to edit:
    • FAQ Page
    • Privacy Policy
    • Contact Page
    • Terms of Service
    • About Us
    • SAML/Single Sign-On
    • Refer-A-Friend

In the popup enter in the required HTML/Text and click on the Save Changes button.
