How can I set a user as Moderator?
Go to:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Reports » Member Overview

For the verified members click on the number link.

In the popup click on the email address for the member whom you want to set as Moderator.

Under Panel Member Details update the Moderator Status and click on the Save Changes button.

On your IdeaScale Portal all Moderator's will have an icon indicating their Moderator status.
