How to manage ideas on my IdeaScale portal?
IdeaScale Web Portal can be managed by Moderators. For assigning Moderator status to users please see the help file below under Additional References.
Moderators will have an Icon against their name indicating their moderator status. When signed in as a Moderator click on the Idea that you wish to manage.

For the Idea click on the Edit Topit/Idea link. Only moderators will see this link.

In the pop up window moderators can update / edit / delete the Idea or change Status / Category for the Idea. Moderators can also enter special comments. On the web portal Moderator Comments will be highlighted.

How to update / change status for an Idea/Topic?
When Editing an Idea/Topic you can select the Status from the drop down menu

Following Status options are available:
- Active
- Closed
- In Progress
- Under Review
- Complete
On the portal the selected status will be displayed for the Idea.
