What is Twitter Integration and how does it work?

The system allows you to post Twitter messages when an Idea reaches a "Threshold" - When an idea gets voted up "n" times, the system automatically posts a Twitter message with a link to the idea.

Do I need to have an existing Twitter account?

Yes. You can either create a separate Twitter account for your IdeaScale portal or use your existing Twitter account. Either way, you can then link your ideascale portal to a Twitter account -- all new ideas (that have the thereshold votes) will automatically be posted as a twitter feed.

Can users simply follow a twitter account to get all updates to my IdeaScale portal?

Yes. User can "Follow" your twitter account right from the header of your IdeaScale portal: (Under Subscribe)
