How can I block a user?
Go to:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Reports » Member Overview

For the verified members click on the number link.

Alternatively you can also search for the user by his email address.

In the popup click on the email address for the member.

Under Panel Member Details update the Status and click on the Save Changes button.
