Can I "Export" all the ideas in the system to Excel?
Yes. Goto:
- Login » IdeaScale » My IdeaScale (Select IdeaScale Portal) » Reports » Export Data

Once the file is generated you can access / download it from the Download Center
What Data Filter options are available?
- Date Filter: You can enter in the start date and the end date to download data for a particular time period.
- Category: You can select the category for which you wish to download the data.
What fields are exported?
Currently the following fields are available for export:
- Date
- Author
- Category
- Net Votes
- Votes Up
- Votes Down
- Title
- Idea Details
This feature/tools described here are available with any of the paid licenses :
- Web Professional
- Corporate License
- Enterprise License
